While we try to keep a large inventory of items on hand it is not possible to be fully stocked with all items, colors and sizes at all times. Sometimes your order may be ready within 48 hours, but it is also possible it may take up to 10 days for your purchase to be ready to ship.  If you are on a time crunch please reach out to us before ordering, we can provide you with an estimate of when your order can be ready.  We are happy to ship to alternate locations if that is helpful, hotels and horse shows included! Because of the made-to-order, custom nature of these products returns are not accepted. However, we fully recognize that we may make a mistake on your order. If you receive something that is not what you ordered (incorrect item, size, color, logo) and/or is damaged, please reach out to us immediately.
