The Pettibon System Cervical Dorsal Fulcrum is great for a variety of relaxation exercises, stretches, and techniques that help restore and correct your spinal curve. Made of medical-grade foam, you won’t have to worry about your wedge losing its shape or going flat over time. This wedge can be used for spinal molding as well as fulcrum exercises, to help restore spinal curves and mold the spine into its optimal position.
