Steel Meshes have good stability and inherent rigidity. A light structure is therefore adequate as a frame. The bright zinc-plated surface of the Steel Meshes protects them against corrosion. Black Steel Meshes are also powder-coated at the factory. The wires are welded together at each cross-over point to stop the mesh losing its shape. Welded meshes can be powder-coated, painted, etc. for increased resistance to corrosion or for identification purposes.
